Eligibility for 15-Day Return

To qualify for a full return within 15 days of receipt, the carpet must be returned in its original, undamaged condition without signs of wear, spills, or alterations. The original Certificate of Royal Authenticity and tags must accompany the carpet.

10-Day Refund Timeline

Upon receiving your returned carpet at our Abu Dhabi flagship showroom, our master inspectors will complete the condition assessment within 24–48 hours. We are refunding the eligible amount within 10 days via the payment method used during checkout (Apple Pay, MADA, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer).

7-Day Replacement & Room Sizing Exchange

If you determine that a different size, runner, or design better complements your interior, our concierge team offers hassle-free replacement within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a convenient courier pickup at your villa and deliver your replacement piece promptly.
