1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Al Areeq Al Sajad. By accessing our website, reserving private showroom appointments at Zayed Port, or acquiring carpets from our collection, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all visitors, VIP members, and patrons.

2. Handmade Authenticity & Unique Artistry

Handmade Persian, Turkish, Afghan, and Kashmiri carpets are authentic artisanal masterworks woven on traditional looms. Patrons acknowledge that:

• Subtleties in natural dye shades (abrash) and knot density are intrinsic hallmarks of authentic hand-weaving, not defects.
• Carpet dimensions are stated as precisely as possible; minor variations of millimeters are normal in genuine hand-loomed textiles.
• Every carpet comes accompanied by our official Certificate of Authenticity signed by our showroom curators.

3. Pricing & Payment Gateways

All showroom prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless indicated otherwise. We accept secure digital payments via Apple Pay, MADA, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash or Card on Delivery across the UAE. Custom order commissions or palace wholesale sourcing require prior confirmation through our VIP Concierge desk.

4. VIP Shipping & Showroom Delivery

Complimentary VIP white-glove shipping is provided to villas, palaces, and residences across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and all emirates of the UAE. International air delivery to GCC and global residences can be arranged upon inquiry with full customs and transit insurance.

5. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any inquiries regarding terms or commercial agreements may be directed to our flagship showroom at Zayed Port.
